01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and nag4u ("nag4u", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://nag4u.org and all associated sub-pages and services thereof.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of nag4u or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

By registering, you consent to nag4u conducting such verification checks using the personal information you provide. Providing false or inaccurate identity information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money features on nag4u, you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to all nag4u account registrations:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one active nag4u account. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, irrespective of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods are used.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided to nag4u must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nag4u login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. nag4u will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Account Ownership: nag4u accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your nag4u account or any interest in your account to any third party.
• Right to Refuse: nag4u reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account registration at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nag4u are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the nag4u platform:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nag4u currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payments, Visa, and Mastercard. nag4u reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the nag4u wallet section following nag4u login. These limits may be adjusted at nag4u's discretion, including for individual accounts subject to enhanced verification requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) are processed within standard Pakistani banking operating hours and timelines.
• nag4u reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the nag4u account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

You confirm that all funds deposited into your nag4u wallet are legitimately yours and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or prohibited activity. nag4u complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on nag4u is subject to these general rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each individual product (cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, W Live):

5.1 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed by nag4u. Bets placed after an event has commenced are governed by nag4u's in-play betting rules.
• PSL, international cricket, and other sports markets are subject to event-specific settlement rules. nag4u's decision on the settlement of any market is final.
• nag4u reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, system errors, or pricing errors.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per event are subject to nag4u's liability limits, which are published in the sportsbook rules section.

5.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot games on nag4u use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the player or nag4u.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, nag4u reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the associated stakes. No claim for winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will be honoured.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within each respective game's information panel.

5.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Results of live dealer games are determined by the physical outcome of the dealing, spinning, or dealing process and are final. Technical issues affecting the player's connection do not constitute grounds for voiding a settled round where the result has been determined at the server level.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

nag4u offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are specified in individual promotion terms. As a general rule, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry deadlines. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nag4u platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Registering or operating more than one nag4u account under any identity.
• Allowing any third party, including family members, to access or use your nag4u account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the nag4u platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with events on which bets are placed via nag4u.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, nag4u staff, or any third party for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in nag4u software, including pricing errors in the sportsbook, to generate artificial winnings.
• Using nag4u for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any element of the nag4u platform's software, design, or intellectual property.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider without first exhausting nag4u's formal dispute resolution process.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nag4u platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nag4u's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the nag4u platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nag4u expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses of any nature.
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in the nag4u platform caused by factors outside nag4u's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, power outages, or third-party service provider outages.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's nag4u account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• Any reliance placed by the player on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the nag4u platform that contain typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nag4u's liability for death or personal injury resulting from nag4u's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

nag4u's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the nag4u Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering a nag4u account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to nag4u processing your personal data as described therein, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, age verification, anti-money laundering compliance, and platform analytics.

nag4u will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers who process data on nag4u's behalf and who are contractually bound to maintain data security standards commensurate with nag4u's own obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

nag4u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws under which nag4u holds its international gaming licence.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute relating to your nag4u account, transactions, game outcomes, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact nag4u Support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. nag4u commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 3 business days and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.
